How it works

  1. Your client organizes the ceremony; the document stays with the parties.
  2. Each party signs in order, recognizing the one before.
  3. The bank signs last as the witness COSignee; the client's seal closes the ring.

The proof verifies without COSigna, for your auditors, for as long as you keep it.

What COSigna does not do

It does not verify identity: names are declared. It claims no DORA, PSD2 or other certification. The bank signs as a witness, never as the organizer.
